Delivery Information

UK Delivery

There are three options for UK delivery:

  • Evri Standard Delivery = £3.40 + VAT
    This service is expected to take between 2–3 working days to arrive.
  • Evri Express Delivery = £4.13 + VAT
    This service is expected to arrive within 1–2 days, including Saturdays.
  • DPD Express Delivery = £4.95 + VAT
    This service is expected to arrive the following day.*

European Delivery

European delivery costs £15.30 and is expected to arrive within 3–10 working days.

Rest of World Delivery

Delivery to the Rest of the World costs £25.40. Delivery to the US costs £26.00 and usually takes between 7–10 working days.

Important Delivery Information

All delivery prices are exclusive of VAT.

Please note that items delivered outside the UK carry a weight limit:

  • Europe: 2kg
  • Outside Europe: 1.5kg

Items over these limits may incur extra delivery charges and customs fees. Please contact our sales team for more information.

* 2 working days for certain AB, DD, FK, TD, PH postcodes, Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, and the Isles of Scilly.

Delivery Times

Please note that delivery dates and times are approximate and we cannot accept liability for any delay in the delivery of goods, unless agreed to in advance in writing.

Our courier service (next working day delivery) is not a guaranteed next day service. However, 99% of the time, deliveries happen the next day.

EVRi ParcelShop Collection

At present, we are unable to ship EVRi orders directly to a ParcelShop collection point when placing your order.

However, if you would prefer to collect your parcel from a ParcelShop, you can request this once your EVRi tracking information has been issued.

When you receive your tracking notification, EVRi may offer the option to divert your parcel to a nearby ParcelShop for collection.

Please note: To receive your collection code and tracking updates, your order must include a valid email address. Without an email address on your order, EVRi will be unable to send the information required to collect your parcel.

To avoid any delays or issues with collection, please ensure your email address is entered correctly when placing your order.
